Our Offerings
We provide evidence-based therapy for Adults, Adolescents, and Children. Our dedicated therapists support clients in achieving lasting wellbeing, offering in-person sessions at our Bondi Junction clinic or online therapy.

Adults
We know that adult life comes with layers of responsibility, emotional challenges, and periods of intense pressure. Whether you're navigating personal challenges, relationship difficulties, workplace stress, or feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, you don't have to face it alone. Our experienced clinicians offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you're truly heard and supported. We understand that some experiences can be distressing or even traumatic, especially when we haven’t yet developed the tools to process them. These struggles can leave us feeling anxious, lost, or disconnected from the life we want to live.
We offer therapy to help you make sense of these challenges, build emotional resilience, and restore balance and clarity. Using evidence-based approaches grounded in empathy and genuine human connection, we’ll work with you to foster self-awareness, explore new coping strategies, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values. It’s never too late to make meaningful change, and we’re here to walk beside you on that journey.
Child & Adolescent
Childhood and adolescence are times of immense growth, learning, and change. But for many young people, these years can also bring challenges, whether it’s navigating friendships, managing big emotions, adjusting to school demands, or grappling with questions around identity and self-worth. When a child or teenager in your life is struggling, it can feel confusing and worrying, and it can be hard to know how to best support them.
Our experienced clinicians work closely with children, adolescents, and families to create a calm, safe space where young people feel genuinely understood. We take a thoughtful, age-appropriate approach that blends compassion with proven strategies to help young people build confidence, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop skills to navigate life’s difficulties. Our goal is to support both the young person and the family system, so you feel equipped, connected, and reassured as your child grows through these important years.
Couples Counselling
Relationships are hard work. Even in the most loving partnerships, moments of disconnection, tension, or misunderstanding are inevitable. Whether you're navigating conflict, recovering from a breach of trust, or simply feeling distant from each other lately, it can be difficult to know how to move forward, especially when emotions are high and communication breaks down.
Our couples therapists offer a calm, neutral space where both partners feel supported, heard, and respected. We understand that no relationship is the same, which is why we tailor our approach to your unique dynamic. Together, we explore unhelpful patterns, strengthen communication, and rebuild emotional connection. We provide practical tools that support collaboration, empathy, and lasting change. Whether you're working through specific challenges or simply want to reconnect and deepen your bond, we’re here to help you move toward a relationship that feels more grounded, respectful, and fulfilling.
Group Therapy
There’s something uniquely healing about connecting with others who truly understand what you’re going through. Group therapy offers a supportive, shared space where you can come together to reflect, learn, and grow alongside others facing similar challenges.
Facilitated by psychologists and clinical psychologists, our groups are thoughtfully designed to provide both emotional support and practical, evidence-based strategies. Each session weaves together psychoeducation, meaningful connection, and skill-building, so you leave feeling not just heard, but empowered. In group therapy, healing doesn’t happen in isolation, it happens together.
Cognitive Assessments
Commencing July 2025
Are you noticing difficulties with attention, memory, organisation, learning, social interactions, sensory sensitivities or emotional regulation, and wondering if they could be signs of neurodivergence? Maybe you’ve noticed certain patterns in yourself or your child and are looking for answers that make sense of the challenges. Cognitive assessment can help make sense of these experiences.
We’re offering comprehensive cognitive assessments for children, adolescents, and adults who are exploring the possibility of ADHD, Autism Spectrum, or Learning Disorders. These assessments are conducted by experienced psychologists using evidence-based tools to evaluate key areas such as attention, memory, learning, and emotional wellbeing.
Following the assessment, you’ll receive detailed feedback and tailored recommendations to help you understand your unique strengths, identify support needs, and make informed decisions about how to improve your school, work, and everyday life. If you're seeking insight or validation, we’re here to support you with care, clarity, and clinical expertise.
