Trauma Psycho-Education and Skills
This is a resilience-focused group aims to support individuals who have experienced trauma. This 5-week program focuses on understanding human trauma responses and developing coping skills including grounding, nervous system regulation, exposure, nightmare rescripting and post-traumatic growth.
Grief and Loss Group
Developed for individuals experiencing bereavement, this 4-week group program provides a space for people to understand, accept and move forward with their grief. This group provides a supportive, validating and empathetic environment, which fosters collective healing.
