Tracy is an open-minded psychologist with an empathic and non- judgemental nature. Tracy’s aim is to foster a safe therapeutic environment where clients feel comfortable and understood. Tracy places emphasis on the power of a strong therapeutic relationship and believes that a client- centred, collaborative approach is a powerful agent in creating therapeutic change.
Tracy works eclectically, integrating evidence-based techniques with the unique needs and goals of each client. Tracy offers appointments to adolescents and adults and provides both individual and couples therapy.

Tracy has been qualified as a Registered Psychologist since 2003 and has gained vast and diverse experience working with individuals aged 12-60 years in a variety of settings.
Tracy has worked in a clinical inpatient setting treating adolescents with severe behavioural challenges, including adolescents with conduct disorder, oppositional defiant disorder and low self esteem. She has also worked in a school and university setting counselling adolescents and young students. For the past 15 years she has been based in private practice treating adolescents and adults.
