Ashleigh is a compassionate and dedicated registered psychologist who brings warmth and authenticity to her work with clients. She takes a person-centered approach, empowering clients to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self-awareness. She is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to support meaningful and lasting change
Ashleigh works with adolescents (16+) and adults across a range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, emotion dysregulation, attachment patterns, personality disorders, stress, self-esteem difficulties, and relationship challenges.
She draws on a range of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy and Narrative Therapy. Her integrative approach allows her to adapt interventions to suit each client’s unique needs.

Qualifications & experience
Ashleigh has a special interest in supporting women uncover their inner strengths and achieve personal growth. Outside of private practice, she has experience working in inpatient, outpatient, and community mental health settings, including The Sydney Clinic facilitating outpatient DBT groups and inpatient therapy groups. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Nutrition, and is a SIRA approved psychologist.
Ashleigh is a registered Medicare provider and is available for appointments on Mondays, including evenings, and Saturdays.
